The Tech We Keep

Why do we keep old technology?

I'm spent a career around training and modern technology, but lately I've found myself drawn back to the machines I grew up with.

Vintage receivers. Turntables. Cassette decks. Boomboxes. The things that played the music, filled our homes, and somehow became part of our memories.

I'll be exploring these machines, occasionally bringing them back to life and testing what they're capable of, but mostly following the stories that make them worth keeping.

What’s coming

The receiver I grew up with disappeared for decades, then came back into my life.

Putting a 50-year-old receiver on a modern test bench.

The stories are just getting started.
New videos are coming soon.
